Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized service point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
